Christmas

Well here are some pictures of us from Christmas. We went up to Utah for Christmas and came back on Christmas day. It was nice to visit my family and it was fun to have snow for Christmas

Baby Pictures

So this weekend I finally went and got Tyson's baby pictures done. I know he is 7 weeks old and I am a little slow but we got them done and I think they turned out so cute. I love this little guy. He is growing up so fast. He has started smiling more and more. Mike was coming to meet us in Utah yesterday and I told Tyson that he was coming and he just got the biggest smile on his face. It was so cute.

He does have some big feet and long toes.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had quite the weekend. On Thanksgiving we had both of our families over here for dinner. Thanks Mom and Grandma for cooking. It was a lot of fun. I think Tyson liked all of the attention. Here are a few pictures from the weekend. My favorite is the one in the swing where he is smiling.

So tonight Tyson was sleeping on our bed and I caught him sucking his tongue just like I do. I have seen him do it a few times before but this time I actually caught it with the camera.

Getting Out

So this week I have finally ventured out of the house by myself a little bit with Tyson. It has been good. We went to the grocery store and yesterday 2 of my friends and I went to lunch. Thanks Mel and Jackie for getting me out. Tonight we are going out to see the Twilight movie. It has been fun to get out of the house a little bit and it is actually quite easy because Tyson just sleeps most of the time.

I thought I would put a few updated pictures of Tyson because now he is 3 weeks old. He changes daily it seems and we are enjoying every minute of it.

2 Weeks Old

I can't believe that it has been 2 weeks since Tyson was born. He is doing so well and growing everyday. We love watching him change. He is sleeping pretty well about 3 hrs at a time at night which isn't too bad. During the day he likes to stay awake a little and look around at everything. We love him so much and can't imagine life without him.

Growing every day

I feel like Tyson is growing so fast. He is already starting to lift his head a lot. My parents said I did this too. If I am holding him on my chest all he wants to do is lift his head and look around. Especially now that his eyes aren't swollen and he has them wide open a lot of the time. He is a pretty good baby. I just love watching him change and grow everyday.

WELCOME TYSON CRAIG!!!!

Well as most have heard by now we had our baby boy. He was born on Thursday October 30, 2008 at 12:34pm after about 15 hrs of labor. He weighed 7lbs 10oz and was 20 inch long. We are so excited to have him here. Everything went very well with labor and delivery. I didn't know I could love something so much. Everyone tells you that and you think you know that when you are pregnant, but the moment they put him on my stomach everything changed.

We are so excited to have him home and are loving and enjoying every minute with him. Here are some pictures from the last few days.

Ready

Only 3 weeks left until my due date and I think I am ready. I have everything in the nursery set up, I have my house clean, I have the babies clothes washed, and I have my bag packed. Now we are just waiting to see when he will arrive.
I am excited to see what he is going to look like and to hold him in my arms. I am a little scared about the labor and delivery part but I know that it will be worth it when he is finally here. So for now we will just keep waiting and let you know when our little guy has arrived.

Baby Shower Weekend

This last weekend we had my baby shower down here in Vegas. My sister-in-law's went all out on the decorations and we had such a fun time. I think now I have everything that I need for Tyson. I think I have more clothes for him then he will every be able to wear. It is fun though to get everything ready and to be prepared.

My mom also flew down for the shower and to help me get the nursery ready. I am so glad that she was here, she is such a good help and I feel like we got a lot done. Here are a few pictures of the room. I still need to get some pictures for the wall but at least I have all of the basics there.

New Ward

1. Well last night our ward got split. We are now in a new ward called the Laurel Hills ward. It is going to be a new and exciting experience. I am excited to meet new people but I am sad to be seeing a lot of our ward leave. It won't be the same when we don't see people at church every week.
   Now the anticipation comes of what callings we may get. I know the Lord won't give us anything we can't handle though so i am excited.
